Weston's FOUR Months Old!!!

I say it every month, but SERIOUSLY NOW...where does the time go?!  Our big boy is 4 months old now and he just keeps getting cuter and cuter!  I have to say, although he has been the "apple of my eye" since day one, he is by far the most fun now!  He is developing SUCH a personality~from his smiles, his giggles, his fake pouty lip, to his real pouty lip...he is just a little ham!  haha!  I can't believe that in little over a month I will be going back to work.  Thankfully, it will only be half day so I can still play with my little stud muffin and watch him grow...without being super duper stressed!  Here are a few pictures from our "Monthly Photo Shoot" and his Four Month Stats!  He was such a big boy getting his shots today at the dr; I can't say Mommy did as well!

At Four Months Weston...
*Weighs 15.1 lbs. (48th percentile)
*is 25 in. long (48th percentile)
*is eating rice cereal in his highchair like a champ 2-3 times a day
*is still a great sleeper...sleeping 9-10 hours at a time at night
*takes an 1-2 hour nap in the morning and usually an hour nap in the afternoon
*loves chewing...and slobbering on his Sophie doll
*is drinking 5-6 oz of milk 5 times a day
*loves being around people!  He does this "shy look" that is UNBELIEVABLY cute!  He will turn his head away and bury his face on my shoulder...precious
*is still holding strong in his 3 month clothes!  Thank goodness because he still has so many outfits he hasn't worn!
*is still wearing a size 2 diaper
*his hair is REALLY thinning out...luckily it hasn't ALL fallen out...yet ;)
*is trying REALLY hard to sit up on his own.  He will grab on to anyone and try to sit himself up, he curls up in his carseat, bouncer, and boppy.
*loves playing in his exersaucer and lying under his play gym
*coos and "talks" all the time
*loves being sung too...he LOVES music
*has a favorite character...Mickey Mouse

Falling Behind on the Blog

So, who's fallen behind on posting updates on here?? That would be me...guilty as charged! So much has been going on recently...and "so much" I mean taking care of Weston on a daily basis, that I don't ever sit down and blog!  I am having a BLAST playing with Weston each day.  He is seriously so much fun right now.  He is starting to make me laugh with his facial expressions and sounds he makes.  He carries on conversations with people now; I have a feeling he is going to be considered a chatterbox! He has finally grasped the idea of "napping", so that has been a huge blessing.  Granted, I spend that time catching up on the laundry, bottles, cleaning, etc, so I am not enjoying any "downtime" but it's so worth it.  I also have made a promise to Ryan and myself that I will, yes will, move Weston to his crib THIS coming month!  Yes, that's right...Weston is still sleeping in his bassinet in our room.  I just can't seem to part sleeping with him right next to me.  I still find myself waking up during the night and putting my hand on his chest to make sure he's breathing...yes I'm a worry wart!  I figured since he is now kicking the end of his bassinet that it may be a sign.  "Hey mom, seriously..get me out of here.  My crib is SO much bigger. You're really cramping my style." lol. Anyway, I thought I would post a "montage" of pictures from this month.  Hope you enjoy!
