My little baby boy is QUICKLY becoming a little man! I have enjoyed every minute of being his mommy; yes, even the minutes filled with cleaning up the mass amounts of spit ups and walking around the house during fussy times. I simply adore this sweet, loving, funny, and sometimes stubborn little boy. I have to admit, somedays I feel defeated by the reflux because it is so, so bad right now, but somehow Weston seems to make me laugh through it. He now almost smirks when he "lets one explode" so it can be entertaining. Of course, I will admit somedays, not even his sweet smile and laugh can make me feel better about the spit up. I do feel like we "miss out" on some things or I get embarrassed when he spits up on someone's floor of worse yet, someone. lol. I just have to remember, THIS TOO SHALL PASS!! Anyway, this summer has FLOWN by and in just over TWO weeks I will start school again. I am SO excited for this coming weekend because Weston is getting baptized. We will share pictures as soon as possible. Until then, here are a few shots from our five month photo shoot and some more from the past month, as well as what little Weston is up to. :)

At FIVE Months Weston...
*weighs 16.8 lbs
*has started baby foods! So far he has ate and LOVED Mommy's homemade sweet potatoes and with a little coaxing, has started to enjoy homemade green beans.
*still sleeps through the night LIKE A CHAMP; now naps are a different story ;)
*Weston HAS moved to his crib and he LOVES it. I will wake up and check on him several times during the night and he is facing different directions each time. lol
*is wearing mainly 6 month clothes now and a size 2 diaper (about to move to 3)
*loves playing in his exersaucer and on his pallet we make on the living room floor
*EVERYTHING, and I repeat EVERYTHING goes in his mouth now
*laughs, chuckles, and squeals with delight most of the day
*will throw himself back during burping if he doesn't want to stop eating...he is QUITE strong
*loves when his Daddy gets home from work
*is realizing when people leave the room and he does NOT like it
*loves getting someone's full on attention...AT ALL TIMES ;)
*is starting to hold his bottle on his own, or at least putting in and out of his mouth by himself
*will take naps in the car...HUGE blessing...now if only I could find somewhere far away to drive to ;)
*has the chubbiest, smoochable cheeks around...and I LOVE THEM!
*loves holding Mommy's fingers
*loves when his Aunt Debbie sings to him (he does take naps for her...I REALLY need to find out her secret!)
*rolls ALMOST completely from his back to his tummy...he gets side to side pretty well
*makes me the happiest, most loved person around
